"HOW TO SELL YOUR HOME FAST IN GOOD OR BAD MARKETS" Frequently Asked Questions
Homeowners... here are some frequently asked questions regarding our FSBO program and course, "HOW TO SELL YOUR HOME FAST IN GOOD OR BAD MARKETS"
Q: Does your sales strategy involve "no-money-down"?
A: No, You should never sell your home with no-money-down.
Q: Will your sales strategy work for other types of property?
A: Yes. You can sell a condo, town house, duplex, or apartments using this method. ln addition, it works well for commercial property.
Q: Does the strategy require lots of work?
A: The strategy pretty much sells your home on its own. The only work involved is getting your house ready to sell (cleaning, painting, etc.) and then showing it.
Q: How soon will I see results?
A: When you place an ad using our program, your phone will start ringing quickly. We've seen people put a for-sale sign in their front yard and get instant results with the strategy.
Q: Do I have to do lots of "silver-tongue dickering" over sales price with buyers?
A: No. This strategy gives you the advantage of a sellers market. Getting market value for your home is no problem. Sometimes if your home needs repair, your price may need some adjustment. Otherwise, market value can easily be obtained.
Q: Does the strategy involve a lease with an option to buy?
A: No This strategy produces an outright cash sale.
Q: What if my home is in bad condition. Will the strategy still work as quickly?
A: Yes. However, it's best to put your home in good condition. You'll get a better price. No mater what condition, location, or sales price, every home will always have a number of interested buyers. This strategy makes your home stand out over similar homes to yours. Why? Because buyers will realize its easier to buy your house over other similar homes when you use the strategy outlined in the course.
Q: Does the sales strategy involve bidding?
A: No, However, you could use a bidding method with the strategy if you want.
Q: Will I need an attorney?
A: Yes. Find a good real estate attorney to help you close the sale. Never prepare sales contracts and closing documents on your own. A sample sales contract comes with the course, but use it only as place to start with your attorney. Laws vary from state to state. A good real estate attorney will protect your interests.
